Desiring to further promote investment in order to strengthen the economic relationship between Saudi Arabia and other countries.

 Intending to further create favorable conditions for greater investment by investors of one country in the other countries.

Recognizing the growing importance of the progressive liberalization of investment for stimulating initiative of investors and for promoting prosperity in both countries

Saudi Arabia has signed more than 20 bilateral investment agreement with most European countries ,Asia countries that include: Germany , Spain , Italy, France, Swaziland, Sweden,  Czech republican, Belgium, Austria , Turkey, Indian , Singapore, South Korea, China , Philippine, Malaysia, Ukraine, Azerbaijan, Indonesia, Belarus. There are many countries under negotiations to sign such agreements to enhance the investment environment in Saudi Arabia and to ensure the foreigner investors that their investments in Saudi Arabia are protected.
