Sustain Competitiveness
Saudi sustain is a program aims at evaluating measuring and reporting competitiveness of Saudi Arabia. It measures country competitiveness as well as selected areas such as regional and FDI.
Activities are:
- NCC is the WEF partners in Saudi Arabia. This program aims at measuring Saudi competitiveness globally which is presented in the GCR which is considered the leading competitiveness report.
- Local Competitiveness Indicator (LCI) is based on a local investor survey.
- Regional Competitiveness is an initiative designed to help regions accelerate economic development and job creation through thoughtfully designed and effectively enhanced competitiveness of less developed regions. It measures indicators and set an action plan to improve these indicators each year.
- Based on all measurement activities such as GCR, local survey and regional benchmark, NCC produces the Saudi Competitiveness Report (SCR) which is a thermometer of Saudi competitiveness. The reports measures and track reforms and the impact of these reforms on Saudi economy. It also puts out recommendations for improving different indicators.
- Competitiveness and database of Foreign Investments. Tracking and measuring the FDI activities and its value added / impact on the economy and job creation.
