In the past this annual publication served as an update of the yearly progress made on the
10x10 program as it relates to the World Bank/IFC Doing Business and WEF Global
Competitiveness Report rankings. In light of the culmination of the 10x10 program this year’s
publication will not only provide this same update, but also detail the impact that reaching
10x10 has had on Saudi Arabia. In doing so, it will become apparent that over the past four
years the reforms and investments made to increase Saudi Arabia’s rankings in the Doing
Business and Global Competitiveness Report have been profoundly positive.
